Muneeb Agha
Manager of Engineering
Muneeb is dedicated to delivering resilient engineering solutions that ensure reliability and fastest time to market. He focuses on project engineering, development, and management. Before joining Conduit, Muneeb served as an electrical design engineer where he developed and managed high voltage utility and industrial projects in the South and Midwest, with a strong focus on substations. Muneeb earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and recently passed the Power P.E. exam to become a licensed P.E. in January 2024.
Doug Bennett
Senior Director
Doug has 8 years of experience in the power sector. Doug previously held analytical roles supporting the development, financing and M&A of utility renewables and energy storage projects, primarily with sPower (now AES Clean Energy), EDP Renewables and as a consultant serving startup development platforms. Prior to entering the power sector, Doug was a Manager in the Central Banks & Public Policy group with the World Gold Council and began his career in the Rotational Analyst program with the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Doug holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Economics from Harvard.
Wilson Cauley
Manager of Data Scientist
Wilson has over 10 years of experience in data analysis and modeling. Before joining Conduit, Wilson was a research scientist in astronomy where he authored or co-authored over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles that have more than 1000 citations. Wilson holds a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Physics from Wake Forest University and a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Rice University.
Bob Cohoat
Director of Business Intelligence
Bob has seven years of experience working in the energy sector doing work in data science, analytics engineering, and operations engineering. Before joining Conduit, Bob worked at Arcadia as a Senior Quantitative Analyst leading the Data Science team in analytics and BI, focusing on improving operational efficiencies. As a startup, it allowed him to gain experience in marketing, operations, FP&A, capital raises, and M&A. Prior to that, Bob worked at Invenergy focusing on maintaining availability in their wind fleet through data and analysis. Bob earned his Bachelors Degree in Physics from Loyola University in Chicago.
Ben Foley
Director of Business Development
Ben is an experienced energy, infrastructure, and business development professional. Prior to Conduit, Ben led Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Texas business development for Highland Fleets — an EV fleet conversion business — where he originated the company's first contract awards in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Before that, he worked on grid-scale power development and structured finance. Ben began his career in international project finance with the U.S. Development Finance Corp (formerly OPIC). He graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Physics.
James Hoang
Vice President of Power Operations
James has two decades of Market Operations experience in the power industry. James has an extensive background in Energy Management with FTM (front of the meter generations), BTM (behind the meter generations), Load Resources, Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage Resources. James diversified experiences also includes Managing a Power Desk, Portfolio Management, Market Strategies, and Demand Response. Prior to joining Conduit Power, James most recent notable achievement was developing the Market Operation at Hunt Energy Network. James has also helped manage one of the largest Co-Gen & Load Resource fleet in North America at Oxy. Out of the office, James enjoys fishing and seeing the world. James earned his BA in Finance from the University of Houston and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Xiaofan Hu
Manager of Data Engineering
Xiaofan has 10+ years of experience in building data pipelines and processing and analyzing large datasets in the energy sector. Before joining Conduit, Xiaofan served as a data engineer at MicroSeismic, Inc., where he helped build new products and assisted in maximizing production while minimizing hazards for E&P companies. Previously, Xiaofan worked as a data engineer at iptiQ by Swiss Re, an insurtech company, where he built a new data lake for the Asia Pacific division. Xiaofan earned a BS degree in Information and Computational Science from China University of Petroleum, Beijing, and MS degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Geophysics from the University of Houston.
Nicole Joraholmen
Chief of Staff
Nicole has 10+ years in business administration working for companies operating both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Conduit Power, Nicole was the Executive Assistant to the Legal and Human Resources Departments at Maverick Natural Resources where, in addition to her everyday duties, she developed a management training program, designed and launched a new company website, and helped build out the administrative staff. Prior to Maverick, Nicole worked at Burns & McDonnell and Hilcorp Ventures. Nicole was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and graduated from the University of Houston in 2012.
Kevin Kelly
Vice President of Finance
Kevin has 30+ years of experience as a finance and accounting leader with publicly traded and private equity sponsored companies. Kevin previously served as CFO of a staffing company until its successful private equity sale transaction. Prior to that, Kevin served in corporate leadership roles at a variety of energy and service companies including extensive experience with capital raises, FP&A, technical accounting, financial reporting, corporate compliance, audits, taxation, and treasury management. Kevin is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Management from Houston Christian University.
Monet Maxwell
Director of Field Operations
Monet Maxwell has 10+ years of experience in power generation and heavy manufacturing. She has worked on Natural Gas, Coal, Wind, Solar, and Battery utility-scale power generation. Monet was previously the maintenance manager for a 700 MW combined cycle Natural Gas Power plant as well as plant engineer for a 700 MW coal power plant for Alliant Energy. She has also worked as a plant engineer at an aluminum rolling mill. Monet has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from Marquette University.
AJ Savant
Director of Engineering & Project Management
AJ Savant has 15 years of experience and 5 years of leadership experience across Renewables, Power Electronics, and Software Development having worked in Field Service, Sales, Procurement, Project Management, Product Management, and Asset Management. Most recently he was acting as a Global Product Manager for Schlumberger’s Energy Storage Systems focusing on Nickel-hydrogen battery and Concentrated Solar Systems. Prior to that, he served as the Director of System Integration for Catalyze where he integrated, commissioned, and managed solar, storage, and EV assets. AJ has secured his Bachelors’ in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Philosophy from University of Texas at Austin and his Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University.
